PAUSE Meditation Class (45 minutes)
A dedicated space for stillness, meditation, and deep inner connection. This class explores meditation through breath awareness, visualisation, body awareness, yoga nidra, chakra, loving-kindness, body scan and mantra. A moment to slow down, quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself. Expect to leave feeling centred, clear, and grounded in the present.

POWER PAUSE Meditation Class (30 minutes)
A structured lunchtime reset to refresh, recharge, and recenter. Designed for those with busy schedules, this 30-minute guided meditation session is a simple yet powerful practice. Perfect for stepping out of the workday and returning with clarity, ease, and focus. Wear your work clothes, seats and mats provided. Enjoy.

Yoga Nidra (45 minutes)
Known as “yogic sleep,” this deeply restorative practice guides you into a state of profound relaxation. Perfect for those seeking stress relief, Yoga Nidra is practised lying down and provides the benefits of rest equivalent to hours of sleep, helping to reset your body and mind.

UNFOLD Yoga Flow (60 minutes)
Move with intention, flow with ease. This class offers fluid yet steady movement, balancing flowing transitions with grounding pauses. Inspired by Vinyasa’s rhythm and Hatha’s mindful presence, it allows you to refine alignment, deepen awareness, and build strength—without rushing. Flowing, yet intentional. Grounded, yet spacious. Perfect for those who love the meditative rhythm of Vinyasa but appreciate the depth of Hatha.

EMPOWER Chair & Supported Yoga (60 mins)
A gentle, inclusive practice that adapts to all bodies and abilities. This class offers mindful movement using chairs and props, making yoga accessible for those with limited mobility, injury recovery, or anyone preferring a seated practice. A safe and empowering space to explore movement, breath, and stillness.

SURRENDER The Deep Rest Experience (90 mins – Monthly Offering)
A deeply immersive experience of restorative yoga, meditation, and sound healing. This class invites you into full-body relaxation, nervous system recalibration, and inner stillness. Expect to be fully supported with bolsters, blankets, and guided meditation before surrendering into a soothing crystal bowl sound meditation. A true moment of deep rest and renewal.
