  • For meditation, just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing. You might like to grab a water bottle as well. If you already own a meditation stool or bolster, you are welcome to bring it. Some bolsters, eye cushions (for meditations where you lay down), and blankets are provided for your use if needed.

  • All meditation classes are 45 minutes long. This includes at least 30 minutes of meditation. There is time at the beginning for settling in and light stretching, as well as time at the end for optional conversation and sharing, with no obligation to participate in discussions.

  • While I am currently completing my yoga certification, I primarily focus on meditation and special events like sound baths and cacao ceremonies. However, yoga will be included in future offerings, so stay tuned!

  • Not at all!! Yoga at Tiroana is for every body, regardless of flexibility or experience level. Classes are designed to include modifications that make poses accessible for everyone, ensuring movements feel supportive and tailored to individual needs. Whether participants are less flexible, very flexible, or somewhere in between, there’s always a way to practice that feels right for them.

Tiroana’s approach focuses on what works for each body, offering restorative and yin yoga for those seeking a slower, more gentle practice. These styles are perfect for releasing tension and finding deeper relaxation. Flexibility isn’t a requirement—yoga here is about how it feels, not how far someone can stretch.

At Tiroana, yoga is an invitation to move and breathe in a way that supports and nurtures the body.

  • You can easily book through my website. Be sure to book early, as spaces are often limited.

  • If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours before the class or event. This allows me to offer your spot to someone else.

  • Meditation classes focus on guiding you through various meditation techniques to help you build a consistent personal practice. Special events, such as cacao ceremonies, sound baths, and women’s circles, offer a more immersive, community-based experience:

Cacao Ceremonies: These events involve drinking ceremonial-grade cacao in a sacred space, often combined with meditation, intention setting, and connecting with others.

Sound Baths: You will be immersed in the healing vibrations of instruments like gongs or singing bowls, creating deep relaxation and restoration.

Women’s Circles: These are gatherings where you can share, connect, and empower yourself in a safe, supportive environment. They often include meditation, breathwork, and intention setting.

Each event offers a unique focus and a deeper, more enriching experience compared to regular meditation classes.
