Our Seasonal Gatherings are three-hour immersive experiences designed for deep connection, shared presence, and feminine energy in its most nurturing form. These gatherings invite you to pause, exhale, and step into a space where you are fully seen and supported.

Each gathering unfolds with a grounding meditation, inviting stillness and intention. We then move into supported heart-opening postures, a sacred cacao or tea ceremony, and embodied practices that awaken expression, movement, and expansion—perhaps through closed-eyes dance, ritual, or shared reflection. The experience culminates in a deep relaxation sound bath, where the resonance of crystal bowls invites full surrender.

More than a class, more than a retreat—this is a gathering of hearts, a space of shared holding and deep presence. It is a moment in time where the feminine is honoured, the connection is sacred, and expansion is felt, not forced.
